What kind of benefits do I get?

The benefits you get depend on the venue you visit. You can see all the benefits on the venues page for the city you are visiting.

How do I get a LoGems Pass?

Once you purchase the LoGems Pass you will receive a confirmation email from receipts@logems.com with a receipt you can show at the venues.

If you don’t receive an email, feel free to contact our customer support at hei@logems.com.

Does a LoGems Pass expire?

• LoGems Pass is valid for 7 days from the purchase

You can access our partner’s benefits including discounts, complementary services, and more for 7 days after the purchase of the pass.
